Commissions help pay for the following:
- Advertising
- MLS Fees in all license states
- License fees in all license states Continuing Education requirements Errors and Omissions Insurance Office expenses; accounting, office supplies, office overhead such as heat, electricity, trash, etc.
- Client gifts/expenses
- Automobile expenses; gas, oil changes, tires, brakes, insurance and other maintenance, not to mention a car loan and taxes.
- Food! Yes, we all like food with our meals!
